Prior to launching Spirited Solutions™, Barnsley taught at Wake Forest University, Duke University, and UNC-Chapel Hill. As a professional speaker, trainer, coach, and President of Spirited Solutions™, Barnsley offers dynamic personal and professional development to her clients. A Champions Journey

What an amazing event this weekend at A Champions Journey by Steffany Hanlen. This was an incredible event held at the beautiful Sheraton Airport Hotel in Vancouver Nov 14-15, 2009. Definately a journey with a wonderful group of people who were very moved by all of the learnings we all had and shared with each other over the 2 days. With incredible skill, patience, and huge hearts, Steffany Hanlen and Patrick Francey took us all on a journey to additional self awareness and growth! Being a champion takes courage, action and a deep rooted awareness of where you want to go in your life or what you need to work on. I don’t want to give the weekend away but just know that if you can get out to see Steffany speak you should be there no matter what! This tell it like it is woman is about integrity, charm, courage, and truly cares about people. With over 25 years experience, this performance coach gets you to go deep into understanding and acknowledging so many things that you walk out with a greater understanding of yourself, your goals and your big hairy dreams! This is unlike any other event I have been to (and there have been many!) in that she takes you much deeper than you ever thought you could go and you come out of the experience with concrete ways to move forward. Steffany also offers coaching and this Champions Journey is highly recommended for everyone looking to move their lives forward in the right direction! An incredible event and woman.

Well its been a busy fall!! I did 4 shows in September for Vivid Life Radio and so Inspired Business Radio got put on hold but we are back and looking forward to the new year coming up.
